WHAT IS FUNCTIONAL FITNESS?
Functional fitness offers a variety of training movements that are all used in our everyday lives - designed to get your body moving the way it was designed to move. Strengthening the body in this way reduces the risk of injury, makes everyday activities in life easier, improves muscle strength and much much more.

No locked in contract membership - $49 per week for Unlimited classes
No locked in contract membership - $42 per week for 3 x classes each week
Casual class - $25 per session
10 visit pass - $220 (valid for 3 months)
5 visit pass - $115 (valid for 2 month)
